The Chart of Accounts Wizard takes users through a setup process with the end result being the development of a workbook of linked spreadsheets that are completely customized to their business. Numbers input in one spreadsheet will automatically be input in all related spreadsheets and when users update information, it will also be updated throughout the workbook.

Financial Statement Analysis is Auto-Generated
The financial statement workbook contains four separate quarterly budget analysis spreadsheets (one for each quarter). All of the information will be auto- generated from the cash flow and profit & loss statements, making it easy to perform a quarterly review of the company's profitability. Critical ratios are also auto-generated in the ratio table making it easy to measure a users business against industry standards.

New Business or Existing Business Option
Upon entering the software, the user will now be able to select the type of plan to be written, one for a new business or one for an existing business. After making their selection, the user will automatically be placed in the right environment for their type of business and have the appropriate spreadsheets for their financial plan.

Online Access to Market/Financial Research
A special Web Page file has been compiled into Automate Your Business Plan 11.0 that gives the user online access to extensive market and financial information. This information will aid in the researching and writing of the marketing plan and in the qualitative interpretation of the research into the financial planning portion.

Charts and Graphs Included
Automate Your Business Plan 11.0 has a charting and graphing component that automatically generates six charts and graphs reflecting the user's financial information. The charts and graphs can be saved as graphic files and pasted into the text part of a plan or used in presentations for added effect.
